Our Mission
- To bring the Jesuit concept of the magis or "do more" to life --- What makes you want to do more? What is your passion? 
- To enhance the patient experience through meaningful and therapeutic arts outreach initiatives 
- To encourage the professional formation of physicians equipped to practice in the cura personalis, or "care of the whole person," tradition 
- To celebrate and promote the diversity of creative talent at the Georgetown University School of Medicine and Medical Center 
- To communicate a medical professional's unique perception of a shared human experience

- Annual publication of Scope, a creative journal by and for medical students 
- Quarterly open mic events (Hippocrates Cafe) featuring student and faculty talent 
- Music & Medicine volunteer trips with the pediatric patients at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital (Listen to our volunteers) and IONA senior services 
- "What Makes You..." - a night showcasing the talent and diversity of the Georgetown School of Medicine community 
- Student workshops that encourage creativity and reflection centered on everyday encounters
